Note: Some online sources have listed the groom as being "Franciscus Thawner", but a careful review of the actual parish record by BFO researchers determined that the groom's surname was "Chawner". Also, during the late 1500's and early-to-mid 1600's, the surname of "Chawner" appears in several parish records of Staffordshire, England.
