Research Note: William Blye was christened in the parish of Bicester, Oxford, England, on 3 Jun 1632, the son of William Blie and Ann Jinkins. William was a Carrier and lived his life in Bicester. He married Mary and was buried in the same parish on 1 Jun 1684. He wrote his Willin 1683, and it was proved on 19 June 1684.
Research Note: John Blye was of Stratton Audley, Oxford, born about 1570. He and his wife Joane had four children--two boys and two girls. John was listed in his Will which was dated 13 April 1618 as a Vitler, or Victualler, which was an Inn or Tavern Keeper.
