The burial Ralph Lythgoe is listed in the parish register of St. Mary the Virgin, Leigh (FHL Film # 1885648, Item 3), which states that he was buried on 14 June 1792 in Leigh, as "Ralph Lythgoe of Penington".
The Ancestral File and Pedigree Resource File (as of 18 August 2000) states that this Ralph Lythgoe was christened on 10 August 1718 in Leigh, Lancashire. However, this is the WRONG Ralph Lythgoe, because the LDS Ordinance Index via the LDS Extraction Program lists this Ralph Lythgoe as a "child"--so he therefore died as a "child" and did not produce descendants. In fact, the original LDS Extraction Program entry for Ralph Lythgoe, chr. 1718, reads: "See burial or death entry [of] 6 May 1722" (FHL Film # 1037064).

In the 1861 Census for Royton, Judith (Fletcher) is listed as being about 38 years old (born about 1823), born in Thornham, married to Joseph Fletcher, who was listed in the census as being her "husband in America", working as a Charwoman, and residing at 5 Peter Row, Royton, Oldham, Lancashire.
In the 1871 Census, Judith (Ogden) is listed as being about about 47 years old (born about 1824), born in Thornham, married to Aaron Ogden, and residing in Royton, Lancashire.
LDS Baptisms for the Dead for April 10, 1917 (FHL Film # 183469, page 623) lists "Judeth Tetlo" as having died in about 1863--which is wrong because she was alive in the 1871 Census.
