The marriage of "William Booth" and "Jane Ogden" is listed in FamilySearch (FHL Film # 1656073), which states that they were married on 8 December 1694 in St. Mary, Oldham, Lancashire, England.

Mary Nichol

The christening of "Mary Nichol" is listed and shown in FamilySearch (FHL Film # 1469102), which states that she was christened on 19 March 1721 in Alnwick, Northumberland, England, and that her father was "John Nichol" who was a "Labourer".


Thomas Nichol

"Thomas Nichol" is listed as the father of at least three sons (George, Thomas and John) who were christened in Alnwick, Northumberland, between 1684 and 1691.  For example: The christening of "George Nichol" is listed and shown in FamilySearch (FHL Films # 1469102 and 94985), which states that he was christened on 5 October 1684 in Alnwick, Northumberland, England, and that his father was "Thomas Nichol of St. Margarets".


Mr. Nichol

"Mr." Nickel--whose given name is not known--was possibly the father of three sons who resided in the areas of Warkworth and Alnwick, Northumberland, England, in the mid-1600's: Edward, born about 1656, and of Warkworth; Thomas, born about 1658, and of Alnwick; and John, born about 1661, and of Alnwick. Further research into this possibility is currently being conducted as time permits.

Research Note:  Relationship to parents is a guesstimate and needs further research.

The 1713 marriage of "Thomas Nichol" and "Mary Pringle" is listed in the parish register of Lesbury, Northumberland, England (FHL Book # 942.8, B4dn, V.15, p.73), which states that they were married on 2 June 1713 in Lesbury and that they were "both of Newton on the Moor in the parish of Shilbottle".
