Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Beth Marie Ottoson, returned to the loving arms of her parents on Oct. 5, 1992.

Survived by her husband, Avard Ottoson, Sterling; children, Joann Densley, Idaho; Becky Hunter, California; Patrick Ottoson, Sterling; Patricia Rowley, Manti; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Funeral services Thurs., October 8, at 1 p.m. in the Sterling LDS Ward, where friends call 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment: Manti City Cemetery.

Doris Mary Larsen

DEATH: Obituary: LUST, DORIS  Doris Lust 1920 ~ 2009 Doris Mary Larsen Lust passed away February 24, 2009.Doris was born July 24, 1920 to Mary Braithwaite and Daniel Leo Larsen in Sugar City, Idaho. She and her mother and two sisters moved to Tooele, UT in 1928 following the death of her father. Doris graduated from Tooele High School in 1938. She also attended L.D.S. business college. Doris married Anthony (Tony) DeSimon Sept. 28, 1940. They were later divorced. She married Walter Lust December 29, 1971. He preceded her in death in 1999. She was employed for 24 years at Tooele Army Depot as a management relations specialist. She retired in 1974. Doris enjoyed serving her community in various capacities. She served in several positions in the Tooele Civic League. She was also an active member of daughters of the Utah pioneers. For many years she did volunteer work at the veterans Regional Medical Center and Tooele Valley Nursing Home. Doris was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in various positions throughout of her life.
Doris is survived by two daughters, Janet Cox and Karma Lee Barlow (David) and three stepchildren, Stanley Lust (Carlene), Karen Crest (Bud), David Lust (Janice) and nine grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and seven step great-grandchildren. Services will be held Monday, March 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Tooele 8th Ward, 196 Pinehurst Avenue. Viewing will be held at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.
Burial in the Tooele City Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Autumn Park assisted living in Mt Pleasant, Utah for their kind and loving care of their mother.

Walter A. Lust

Walter A. Lust, age 88, died November 17,1999 in Tooele, Utah.

Walter was born in Endicott, Washington on March 6, 1911. He was the eighth child born to Adam and Katie Scheuerman Lust. His father was a wheat farmer and Walter worked for him on the farm as soon as he was old enough.

Walter attended school in Endicott and graduated from Endicott High School. He enjoyed sports and he and his younger brother played football on the championship team while in high school. Walter married his school sweetheart, Helen Green and they had three children, Stanley Lust who lives in Modesto, California; Karen Crest who lives in Packwood, Washington; and David Lust who lives in West Valley City, Utah. Walter has seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In 1942 Walter and his family moved to Tacoma, Washington, where he worked at the Mt. Rainier Army Depot. In 1962 he and his family transferred to Tooele Army Depot.

Walter's wife passed away, and he married Doris DeSimon Sept 29,1971. He was a member of the Tooele 1st Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his wife, Doris, his three children, two step-daughters, Janet Cox and Karma Lee Barlow, his seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren and five step-great-grand-children.
He is also survived by his sister Ruthie (Luke) Benner of Spokane Washington.

He was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday Nov 20, 1999 at 11 a.m. at Tate Mortuary, 110 So. Main St., Tooele. Friends may call at the Mortuary on Saturday from 9:30-11 a.m. A reception will be held after the service at the Tooele 8th Ward, 196 No. Pinehurst Ave.

Additional services will be held on Monday Nov 22, 1999 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Endicott, Washington at 11 a.m. followed by burial in the Endicott Cemetery.
