STECK - SIDWELL

Miss Lorna Steck, daughter of Mrs. Neoma B. Steck of 447 South Main will become the bride of Clifford O. Sidwell, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Sidwell, on Saturday, October 11, 1947. The marriage will take place at 7 p.m. at the home of the groom's sisters, Mrs. Paul Anderson. Bishopo Glen Anderson will officiate and members of the immediate families will witness the ceremony.

The bride is a graduate of the Jordan High School and the gromm has served five and a half years in the Navy, mostly in the Pacific.

The bride was honored at a shower at the home of her grandmother, Mrs. Clarissa Steck, Thursday evening.

The young couple will reside in Manti.

Funeral Held April 22 For Mrs. Hansen

Funeral services for Mrs. Vernie Whitlock Hansen, who died April 18, 1971, were held in the Ephraim West Ward on Thursday, April 22, 1971 at 2 p.m. The services were conducted by Ivan Alder.

The family prayer prior to the funeral was given by Jess Whiting.

Prelude and postlude music was by Jennie Lou Peterson.

Honorary pallbearers were Thomas Hall, Ross Hansen, Theodore Hansen, Larry Whiting, Kelly Whiting, Andrew Whiting and Nyle Hansen.

Alonzo Hansen dedicated the grave in the Ephraim Cemetery.
