Thanks for the memories you've left with us all, from hunting and fishing to "always stand tall". Your lessons of life that you preached every day are strongly remembered since you were taken away. You taught us to work hard, to save - not to spend, consider ourselves lucky to have "one true friend!" The morals you taught us, our mom whom you chose, deserve a big "Thank You" from your children who know. You're one of a kind and can't be replaced, these memories are treasured and won't be erased. We picture you in heaven, working each day, on little brick paths that will lead us your way. Thanks once again for all the above, from all of your children, sent with our love. Happy Birthday Dad... Mike, Laurie, Jon, Darren, Jeff, Jodi Everywhere I go and whatever I do is always a special memory of you, I miss you every day. -Love Bobbie."

LOCATION: Shortly after their marriage, Don and Laura moved to Golconda, Nevada, to work on highway maintenance and to be near to Don's sister, Allison, and her husband.
BIRTH OF CHILDREN: When Laura was near the end of her pregnancy she would catch the train to Spanish Fork, to be with her mother until the babies were born, and then she would return to her husband.
RELIGION: Laura was raised as an active Mormon in a small Utah Town, Spanish Fork. She lived in the hope that she would some day be able to be married to her husband in an LDS Temple. After his death she had a recurring dream in which her husband kept coming to her and told her he "couldn't go where the others were until he had his clothes." In 1965 when Laura's daughter, Arlene, and her husband Don Wood, returned from Australia, they took Laura to the Oakland Temple where her husband got "his clothes." Later, Laura was sealed to her husband in the same temple. She finally got her marriage to the man she had eloped with many years before."3FindAGrave.com records, 2009. "Laura Braithwaite Toland
