The christening of "Thomas Williams" is listed in FamilySearch (FHL Film # 127810, Item #2), which states that he was christened on 24 August 1800 in St. John, Burslem, Staffordshire, England, and that his parents were "James Williams" and "Charlotte".

The 1821 marriage of "Thomas Williams" a "Pott[ers] Boy & Bachelor" and "Ann Lennings" a "Spinster" is listed and shown in FamilySearch, which states that they were married on 27 March 1821 at St. Peter ad Vincula church in Stoke upon Trent, Staffordshire, England.  The marriage was witnessed by Samuel Poulson Jurn (Junior) and Thomas Allfort.

The 1829 marriage of "Abraham Williams" and "Frances Henshall" is listed and shown in FamilySearch (FHL Film # 101049722), which states that they were married by Banns on 14 September 1829 at St. Peter's church in Stoke-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, England, that Abraham Williams was a "Bachelor" and "Potter" of "this Parish" and that Frances Henshall was a "Spinster" of "this Parish".  The marriage was witnessed by George Skimmer and Samuel Poulson.

In the 1841 Census, "Abraham Williams" is listed as being 35 years old (born about 1802-1806), born in Staffordshire, England, working as a "J[ournyman] Potter", and residing with his two apparent children, Ralph(age 12) and Elizabeth (age 10), at: Amicable Buildings, Burslem, Staffordshire, England.

In the 1851 Census, "Abraham Williams" is listed as being 47 years old (born about 1804), born in Tunstall, Staffordshire, a "Widower" and working as a "Potter slip maker", and residing with his son, Ralph Williams (age 21), at: Navigation Road, Wildbloods Square, Wolstanton, Staffordshire, England.

In the 1861 Census, "Abraham Williams" is listed as being 64 years old (born about 1797), born in Tunstall, Staffordshire, a "Widower" and working as a "Potter", and residing with his brother, Josiah Williams (age 45) and his wife and two children, at: High Street, Hanley, Staffordshire, England.


Frances Henshall

The 1829 marriage of "Abraham Williams" and "Frances Henshall" is listed and shown in FamilySearch (FHL Film # 101049722), which states that they were married by Banns on 14 September 1829 at St. Peter's church in Stoke-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, England, that Abraham Williams was a "Bachelor" and "Potter" of "this Parish" and that Frances Henshall was a "Spinster" of "this Parish".  The marriage was witnessed by George Skimmer and Samuel Poulson.

The burial of "Fanny Williams" is listed in FamilySearch (FHL Film # 7566623), which states that she was buried on 12 February 1833 at St. Paul's church in Burslem, Staffordshire, England, and that she died when she was "22" years old (born about 1811).
